This Mental Health First Aid Awareness E-Learning Course provides employees with a practical introduction to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The course helps learners understand mental health, recognise common signs that someone may be experiencing poor mental health, challenge stigma and approach conversations about mental wellbeing with greater confidence.

Learners are also introduced to appropriate ways of offering initial support, maintaining boundaries and signposting colleagues to professional or organisational support where appropriate.

The course is designed as an awareness-level programme and does not qualify learners as formal Mental Health First Aiders.

Recently Booked an IOSH Health and Safety Course through Samson. Samson did not directly provide the training but I found them easy and reliable to deal through they found a course provider to best suit my requirements.
